– Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, to be able to prepare for the tours we need you to book at least 24 hrs in advance of the tour. Please take a look at the reservation calendar to see if the day you’d wish to book is available. If the day is red it means it’s already booked and no longer available.
– What kind of a vehicle is used for the tours?
I drive an air-conditioned Renault Trafic 2015 minivan accommodating up to 8 persons – 2 in front with the driver and two rows of 3 seats in the back. There is also plenty of place for luggage in the trunk.
– How can I pay for the tour?
We accept euros, dollars, PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is done through our partner Regiondo through their secured system using Stripe. If you would prefer a custom tour, please get in contact directly by mail to book.
– What is your cancellation policy?
The client can cancel his/her reservation without any charges by e-mail, phone or text messages up until seven (7) days before the tour date. If cancelled after, no refunds can be given. In case Anoli Tours has to cancel the tour due to serious illness, force majeur or other such event the client will be informed ASAP by e-mail, phone or text message and full refund will be given.
– Are children welcome on your tours?
Children are welcome aboard and we can provide a baby-seat and/or a children’s seat on advance notice by the client.
– What languages are the tours in?
I can lead tours in English, French and Finnish. If needed an additional guide/translator can be hired for Spanish, German, Italian, Swedish or Russian.
